denim dilemma solved! : Double-Stick No Iron No Sew Fashion Hem Tape for Denim (Jeans, Pants, Skirt, Short)
This worked perfectly for my son's dress pants. I didn't want to sew to hem them so I stuck 3 pieces of hem tape on each leg and right away they were shortened. They never fell down the whole day.
